Damage Deposit

The day of your rental, we need to place a $750 per jet ski hold on your credit card. This hold will be released upon the safe return and inspection of the equipment, and can take up to 1-3 days and depends on your credit card issuer. We will not be able to release our equipment to you without first placing this hold. If we are unable to place this hold on your card, your rental will need to be rescheduled.

It is very easy to avoid damage to our equipment if you follow our instructions and operate the watercraft in a safe and responsible manner. Recovery of damages will not be limited to the amount of this hold.

Fueling Policy

Our jet skis are delivered to you fully fueled, and you don't need to worry about refilling them before returning. We also provide an extra fuel canister at no additional cost, ensuring you have a worry-free and enjoyable experience on the water.

You are welcome, and encouraged, to return the jet skis to us full. Most of our rental options include 5 gallon filler jugs for your convenience. Our jet skis use regular 87 unleaded.

Late Return Policy

Multi Day Rentals: We rely on timely returns of our equipment in order to facilitate the expedient departure of our equipment to the next renting party. Therefore it is imperative that you aim to return your equipment at least 30 minutes before the time stated on your rental agreement. This will help avoid unforeseen delays. We are often flexible when setting return times, however last minutes updates and unapproved late arrivals are often difficult to accommodate. We will need to charge late fees as stated on your rental agreement if you arrive after your scheduled return time.

Single Day Rentals: The end time of your rental is the time the jet skis should be out of the water and onto our trailer. Please do not assume that you can keep the jet skis longer than the designated rental end time. Late fees are charged on a per minute basis, and can add up quickly.

Cancellation Policies

We have a very strict, but fair, cancellation policy. When a reservation is made and paid for, this is you saying that you want to rent during this specific time. Other renters are turned away because of this, and if you cancel this leaves a gap that is difficult to fill. Please be sure you can rent during the time you request. Making a booking with us constitutes your understanding and acceptance of this policy.

What happens if I damage the equipment I am renting?

We always conduct a thorough pre-inspection of each ski rented with the primary renter of the ski. At that time, we will take pictures to document any pre-existing concerns. We encourage the renting party to do the same.

This same inspection will be conducted again at the end of the rental period to determine if any new issues have arisen… We work extremely hard at maintaining the mechanical function and appearance of our skis. We do realize, though, that with the passage of time, they will show natural signs of wear and tear. We fully expect this. However, if it is determined during the post inspection that damage to the ski(s) has been incurred that was not noted during the pre-inspection, we will be needing to charge the primary renter’s credit card for any and all damages and repairs. Please note that the primary renter is solely responsible for any charges to the rented equipment. If damaged was caused by someone else in the renter’s party, the renter will need to pursue reimbursement with that individual on their own.

Most damage is easily avoidable. Treat our machines as if they were your own, follow ours and all posted rules, and this rare occurrence will be avoidable.

Speaking of damages, what happens if someone else damages the equipment that is scheduled for my rental?

We always have equipment (jet skis) in reserve. In the unlikely event that we have a number of particularly irresponsible renters, we would need to reschedule on a last reserved first to be rescheduled bases. With long term multi day rentals taking priority.

In the event of something like this we are typically able to give at least a 24 hour heads up. You will have the option of a complimentary re-booking, or a 100% refund. All the more reason to please treat our equipment with respect and care. Your decisions affect the experience of others.
